Maven Tips 2 - copy all dependent jars to a specified folder

1) use maven-dependency-plugin

             <plugin>
<groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>

2) if you are using m2e, you will get the error as follows if using above plugin

maven-dependency-plugin (goals "copy-dependencies", "unpack") is not supported by m2e.

how to resolve, add the following plugin management within <build> element
